3/4's hotbar
 

hey guys.. never tried any of this before but i really like the idea of the 3/4's hotbar. I dl'ed the file, and I assume you replace the existing xml files with the new ones.... i did this and nothing happened. So obviously im missing a step..

sorry if i missed the instructions somewhere.. but they are not included with the download...
