Just wanted to let everyone know there is a un-cleanable virus that comes along with this file, found it out after i tryed to e-mail it to my second computer.

Great great UI, keep up the terrific work, but I have noticed there's a problem with the persona window. Mainly in the crushing, slashing, and piercing readouts.


they're reading in the high 1000's , for example 1375 crush 1290 slash and 1290 pierce. When no buffs they're actually in the 190's and 200's....

Also when you apply Lucan's Pact which adds def, wis, and decreases weapons, in persona window it does show the added def and wis but it also shows that it's increasing the weapons.

And when you apply Grim Sword, which should add int, take away def and add weapons, it adds int, takes away def but does nothing with the weapon skills.


But if you go in through the normal abilities window, the stance buffs are working correctly.

Not sure if it's a coding issue or what not, but most likely caused by SOE and their crack team of mathmations.. lol

Hello Gm9,

Your UI is marvelous, however this afternoon i don't know why the bottom bar disappeared after re-log. I have tried to delete the ProfitUI folder and re-install the UI but it still didn't shows.

Also the show bottom bar is checked in the profitui control centre. Please assist. Many Thanks.

Great UI, I love it!

However im having a problem with the inventory market window (broker) not beeing compatibile. Says I have to upgrade UI mod or use default UI. I just installed this UI today following the instructions provided. Am I missing something?

I'm having the exact same problem.. is there a function to bring it back? not sure if i accidently hid it.

Im almost lvl 70 in crafting and I have the same problem. It isnt a big deal though, I just have to craft one more item and then it dings me to my next level.
Its just a bug with the UI. If it continues and you cant progress past lvl 9 or lvl 19, make sure you have spoken with the correct NPC and progressed your tradeskill profession - otherwise, just craft one more item so you can ding and scribe your new recipes!

Same deal with me. Bottom Bar just disappeared. Any fix yet?

I have the same problem from time to time. Find your UI settings file for the character and delete it. Its in your Everquest2 directory and looks somewhat like this : <server name>_<char name>_eq2_uisettings. When you log back on you may have to set all your windows, chat, etc. but you will have your bottom bar back.

What i do is import UI settings from another existing character. I have quite a few alts so it works perfectly for me.

I have no idea what causes the bar to disappear but it usually happens if i play in the window mode rather then full screen.

The bottom bar is fixed. Thank you very much for your efforts and I do love the new background image of persona.

One last suggestion, if you would kindly add mini-map for your UI then I am sure your UI is the best one i ever never had =)

You're misunderstanding the display. The crushing/piercing/slashing numbers there are showing your resistance to the different kinds of melee attacks, not your melee skill levels. In your case, one of your buffs or items gives you better defense against crushing than against the other two types of melee damage.

Since last version debuffs icons are like twice to be seen, one overlaps slightly other, no big deal, just reporting this.

That fix didn't work for me.. I tried it 2 times and completely uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version.. hmm

Your character UI settings are not part of Profit UI. Even when using default UI game will create a file where your settings are stored. If you simply deleted UI folder nothing will change. To delete your settings you need to find that file. Its located in EQ2 folder ( not UI folder ), somewhere down the bottom most likely. If your char name is Chilidog on the server named Hotdogjoint then your looking for file named : hotdogjoint_chilidog_eq2_uisettings.
