I can't move any of my spell icons on the hotbar because my hotbar is set so that they can't be moved, and when I right click on the bar, the option to allow draging icons is missing, and if i click on the options box a blank box pops up. I 2 box and this is happening on both computers.

Any ideas on a work around for this?

I am having an issue when clicking hotbar settings, nothing but a black window shows up.
