This is just a modification of Milquetowst ClickyHelp. If you compare the images, I basically resized it to get rid of the background so that it looks as close to the EQ button (yes, i'm anal).

The download includes an eq2ui_mainhud.xml file, but if you've already got a copy of it in your UI directory, don't replace it. Instead, just add the following line to the copy you're already using:

By default, you'll need to type "show_window MainHUD.ClickyHelp" in order to get the button to appear. If you want the button to show up automatically whenever you enter the game, you'll want to add the following attribute to the main "Page" tag of another XML file (such as the eq2ui_mainhud_startbutton.xml):
