I love this UI .
And using it for a while . It is very amazing.
however I met a porblem since 20050527's update.
i got 2 line cross in my screen.
anyone else got the same problem or just only ..me...

Hey, r you gonna update the UI? Doesnt work atm, some golden lines are crossing my screen... Kinda annoying since u got the best UI atm

"Posting this to resolve the bugged Letterbox frame introduced with yesterdays patch. This is an emergency patch and does not address all SOE#9 changes. A 4.1 update will be posted ASAP with all the latest changes.

Also included in this patch:

- Euro and Japan fonts that I hope will resolve the display bug for those version. Please confirm since I can't test this myself.

- _FetishStyles.xml with Euro and Japan fonts included.

- Tweaked bag files that should make them less pron to shifting.

- Tweaked Clock and Compass files.

- Tweaked guild window that should resolve the scroll bug and makes the Notify checkbox clickable."

suediini, I wasn't beeing rude in any way, I simply pointed out where folks should go to get answers to their tech questions since some folks obviously didn't know.

The VERY FIRST line of the download description is a big link to the support page. There's bold red text at the bottom saying not to post tech questions here, with the support link repeated. Finally there's BIG RED text above every form to post comments to this thread asking that you not use this thread for help questions.

Don't know how these instructions could be made any clearer.

As a healer just switched to the fetish mod from TyeJae Steel mod i just miss one small thing
The TyeJae mod changed health colour from all green, to green to red bar and at last all red bar. Displaying health with a very good warning in colour change.
It made my job very easy and enabled me to react very fast on changes.

Is it possible to have this feature in Fetish also.

This is an incredibly well designed User Interface. I enjoy a lot of the features, from the Compass, to the slider bar on the quest journal, to the ability to open up a bar just for my backpacks and ranged slot ammo. The color is vivid but not so much so that it takes away from the games graphics. Very nice design and well thought out. 2 Thumbs up.

The only thing I would like to note is that I wish developers of these UI's would add a section in their readme's that are more detailed in telling people exactly how to set a certain feature back to the way it used to be while retaining the rest of the features of the UI. I saw some information in your readme that told me enough to figure out exactly what I had to do, but it was sort of by luck I got it right because the readme didn't include enough instructions to show for certain it would work.

Example of what I did was I did not like the feature of the disappearing scroll bar in the chat window because it made the text size of my window jump up a few fonts when I hovered over it and back when I stopped hovering over it and the scrollbars disappeared.

I had to rename the UI's File and rename the extra file you supplied to the name of the File that is the one loaded. (Hoping I did that right) I would like to see an info section that describes this process more in depth. this would be a one time write up as I am sure the process remains the same throughout all your UI's.

One feature that confused me at first till I noticed how to still accomplish it was the Tracking Window does not have the word name (the one that you click on to sort the mobs) I realized you can click the Triangle button to do this eventualy, but for awhile I was worried to death about it. Is there a way to have a tooltip pop up saying sort or maybe you can take this into thoughts for further developments with your projects and place something to describe that button so we know where to click to sort (the first thing I do when I open my track window for the first time.)

again this is one Awesome UI. thanks for making it available to us and for the time spent creating it.

I just updated to your newest Fetish and now my quest journal is not working.Also not getting text right in small quest windows such as looking at books and such.I love this mod and I hate having to use the default journal which I think sucks.Anyone else having problems?

Both me and a friend of mine are having the same journal problems you speak of. I even get an error show up on my in-game screen saying that the UI Mod I have installed does not support the updated journal. To sum things up, I can't access my journal at all... I have to use the scroll bar in the Journal Helper to scroll through which quests I have running.

I believe this to be the most helpful and distinguished mod for EQ2 to date. The color scheme is definately a breath of fresh air away from the original gold layout.

All's I'm waiting for now is an update to fix the journal bug and I'm all set, once again.

Make sure you followed the install instructions carefully, you have to rename or delete the folder containing the older version of your UI, then install this version. I tried to unpack right into old folder and had the same problem you guys did with the quest journal. After deleting my /fetish folder and unpacking into a new one, all is well again.

I have installed the latest version 4.2 nightfall.
It works great with the latest EQ2 update! nice work!

There is only one bug (I think) and thats in the Guild Window!
When you look in the bottom you see the Guild Experience bar wich shows Leve 5 (in my case) without the L??

Just little cosmetic detail ...but thought to mention it anyway

REQUEST:

6-wide bags vice 4-wide.

6 wide in 1280x1024 fit just right along the bottom of my screen when all my bags are open.

Also makes it possible ot have all the bank boxes (24+space) in rows above the row of bags. Cannot do that withthe 4-wide because the boxes are too "tall".
