Darwa, the group window did not change from the previous version aside from cleaning up the level display for mentored characters. Open the utility and tab through your characters to make sure the spells look right. You might also try saving the group window again from the utility. If characters are still not switching for you, zip and send your group window to darqwood at hotmail dot com (don't post it here), and I'll see if I can figure out what's up.

After updating, if I /camp to toon B, then the group macro skills from toon A are still present. However, the correct skills are displayed if I exit the game then log back in.

The UI's are fantastic, yet I am afraid that it might slow down the performance of my humble computer.

Just wonder if I could use only those UI's I need, such as the One-Button Mercenary/Warder/Pet Pulls, Tradeskills windows etc.

If it is possible, how could I do it.

EDIT: FYI, I am using the EQ2MAP Manual Version 03-23-2013, no auto update via the net. Is that DarqUI defaults to auto update?

triz989, you can change the Persona window defaults for all characters that are not set up by name. Open the Persona window in Notepad and find the line that begins:

Change S to "false" to turn off the stats sidebar by default. You can set the categories (G, A, D, O, M, P, T and I) to be open (true) or closed (false) by default in the same way. The categories are General, Attributes, Defense, Offense, Melee (Autoattack), PvP, Tradeskills and Misc.


The Experience bar is the same way -- there is a default character (Char0) near the top of the file that holds the stat pages for any character that is not set up. Look for:

<Data Name="Char0" Label="Default" Class="Any" L1="0" R1="2" L2="0" R2="10" L3="0" R3="4" L4="0" R4="12" L5="7" R5="15" />
and change the defaults to whatever pages you prefer. L1 and R1 are left and right sides for the Adventure XP bar, L2/R2 are Tradeskills, L3/R3 are the AA bar, L4/R4 are the PvP bar, and L5/R5 are the Guild bar.

is there a way i can add more then just 8 toons to the Persona window in your Utility window? or how can i set up so all toons have the same settings in the persona options that i have on one toon and in the Experience stat settings. i dont like having my "left window always opening with command bar you have it listed in the main page i just don't understand it

x82nd, thank you for your post. Sorry you're having trouble with the login presets. I'm in the same boat as you -- multiple accounts and no patience for keeping up with the passwords. I re-downloaded the current version of the loginscene and re-entered the account info, and it's filling in names and passwords automatically for me.

Just to make sure, check that the account names in the file are capitalized correctly and no extra spaces between the quotes. Also, for any account slots that you don't use, you do want to leave one space between the quotes for those. And make sure you didn't use the first line of the datasource ("Select an account") for an account name.

If the account name you log in with matches one of the account names in the list exactly, you should get a dropdown box with the current account name selected, password filled in if supplied. One other thought: if any of your account names have special characters, especially an apostrophe or double-quotes, there may be trouble due to that. Remove any account name that has special characters and see if the rest of the accounts behave correctly.

I love this UI and wish I would have found it sooner.

I am having one problem that after two hours of tinkering can not resolve.... No matter what I do in the loginscene file nothing changes when I log in. I have tried just username, username/password, redownloading that file and starting over... everything I can think of.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I have a few accounts and a bad memory for passwords.

You mean somehow have it so the buffs show up on the Right or Left side and scroll outwards instead of showing Top/Bottom and scrolling up / down? That would be kinda cool too, then you could stack the 2 windows on top of each other.

It's possible, although if you want a target window that grows upward while the bottom edge stays constant, there would be some arithmetic involved since you would be moving the origin of the window higher or lower every time the bank of icons grows/shrinks. I would almost rather see you move the icon bank off to the side of the target components, which would keep the origin and the bottom edge mostly constant. (If you use the fancy scrollwork con_version with frames around epic mobs, the size of the window is going to change a litle bit anyway regardless of the icons.)

Just curious, is it possible to put Icons on the top of the Target / Implied window instead of the bottom? Was tryin to make a new UI and put stuff at the bottom but in raids its covering up way to much stuff since it bloats down.

I have Tried to get this to run but no luck ,

only reson would on raids or PVP have mainline grp pet buffs scripted to go on rez.

Draqui is like Crack to Eq2 additcs
