Miakodadonoma, your bags are colored based upon the name you give them. Right-click one of your containers and rename it to a color category name, then the next time you re-open the bag, it will be tinted that color. Also, make sure the checkbox for "Use Custom Bag Categories" is checked in the utility. Post back here if you're still having trouble.

Thank you for doing the legwork s1l3ntst4lk3r, this does appear to be an oversight on SOE's part and your fix is the best choice for now without retooling the threat window.

The fix is linked here for those who don't want to edit their UI file. Remember this is temporary only, and your lower level characters will be using the new remedies if you replace your threat window with this file. Also since it is not using /cureplayer, this window will not do a cure check, so every click will try to use a potion whether there is anything curable or not.

Open eq2ui_mainhud_threat

This is not best fix, but its the quickest. Only real problem with this is all your lower level toons using lower level potions will be borked. I did this fix to get me through raids for the time being.

Hmmm that's strange, all I had in my bags was T10 trauma pots , but clicking the threat cure box for trauma didn't use them...I had to use them from the hotbar.

Lucifer66: it's most likely possible, although I would need to check with the DarqUI Legal Staff about whether it's a good idea to extract and provide an external player for recorded materials. Another choice might be an in-game selector that lets you test the sounds quickly while logged in. Let me see what I can come up with.

I sent in a bug report. Its working with all cure potions except the new ones. I will add the item numbers till fixed. I know with the new command its supposed to find and use the highest level tradeskilled potion in your inventory. So I think its something on their end.

Do you think it would be possible to put a preview sound button next to the dropdown list of sounds you have for all the different things?
Something like this... (hope you don't mind me using a pic of your UI to illustrate)

Heimdall, look for a folder called logincache, or logincache-us, in your game folder. Inside that folder are CDC files, one per character. These are the files Quick Setup uses. Delete them or move them all out of that folder, then log in to the EQII Character Select screen on each of your three accounts. This will repopulate the logincache folder with your current characters. Once you've done that, open the utility and run Quick Setup again. You should now be able to choose from all of your characters, up to 48 in the dropdown lists. Post back here if this doesn't fix you up.

Not detecting characters

Darq, I love this UI, but for some reason it is not detecting all my characters. I play 3 accounts, and accumulated quite a few alts over the years. Right now the limit it detects is 21, some of which have not been touched in years. Is there a way to make the utility to detect the ones I used last?

Lucifer66: Yes it's a good idea, although from what I can tell the data for affinity is being sent directly to the Persona window from the server, so there doesn't appear to be a way to cleanly drop an affinity value or progress bar into another window.
