Does work

Also, how about a way to see what the product is without going through 2 levels of context menus?
#4 (aka #1 now) This is a problem the way EQ2 setup the hard coded stuff on their sides that doesnt allow the scroll bars to move with the window so I had to move them all to the right. Just the way it is for now.

I have tried to get in to the XML code for tool tips to bring the resulting product details to a simple tooltip but it is all hard coded into EQ2.

This is one of my favorite mods! Nice work.

I'm finding that I don't like this newer version as much, though, as I liked the previous versions...

For one, I miss the inline progress/durability bars with the product icons in the middle of the right pane. It's difficult to judge the quailty of the item you're making because some items don't have progress bar tick-marks in the upper right pane (such as the Tailored Broadcloth Cap), and if there are tick-marks, they're not in proportion with the quality level, they're in proportion with the total length of the bar.

Another thing I've noticed is that some of the quality icons in the middle right pane are swapped. Again, in the Tailored Broadcloth Cap recipe, the Crude quality is first, as it should be; the Pristine is last, as it should be; but the Shaped is third and the normal (no prefix) quality is second -- those two should be the other way around.

Again, GREAT mod, and very useful for us crafty types! I may take a peek at the older versions' code to see if I can do a custom fix for these issues, or at least reimplement the progress and durability bars at the item quality level.

Thanks for the brief. I have taken a lot of time in reviewing the mod. An update with the Icon order is already for your use. Please note if you mouse over the Level Icon (crude, worked, better, best) you will get the name and quality of the product so you know what lvl your on. Feel free to pop the hood on the older version as its still a great mod and freely adjustable by anyone.

This has been one of the UI's that I have grown dependant on and I love it.

Someday, I would love to see an option to install it without the skill buttons included.

Thank you for your hard work and time spent on this. I use it almost every day.

RE: Nearly Perfect

Hi All,

First, can I say that I have tried nearly all of the TS mods on this site and this is by far and away the best for my personal taste and very pleasing on the eye. However, even though I love the small skillset icons I would dearly like support for the accompanying tooltips. As I have a few chars that TS, I can no longer remember with old age what each tooltip does so I end up using the Knowledge Book anyway. Is there any chance these can be incorporated? I know these will take up space but maybe an offshoot box with the tooltips would be perfect. Have no idea if this is possible and since I cannot find any alternative to the UI builder that d/l's automatically with EQ2 (which crashes) I cannot modify it myself.

Thanks for your time,

Lee.

Thanks for the input I plan on adding them slowly and surly but have not gotten around to it due to prior projects. Keep an eye open and this next month I will have something to show for it.

Downloaded the latest version (11) and noticed that it only included 1 file.

Is the eq2ui_tradeskills_transmutting.xml file no longer needed?

Thanks for the hard work.
